Acupuncture in Eugene

and Chinese Herbal Medicine

Dear Visitor:

Welcome! This is the old website for my acupuncture clinic. I have moved my clinic and founded the Green Phoenix Institute, where we have acupuncture, massage therapy, and Chinese herbal medicine under one roof. We also have my school of martial arts, the Green Phoenix Taiji Academy, located on the same premesis, and host special events - classes, workshops, and community programs. Please visit the new website for current information on my practice at:

GreenPhoenixInstitute.com.

This website (www.acupuncture-eugene-oregon.com) remains for the time being to provide information about acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, as well as a link to the former website of Eugene Hunyuan Taiji Academy - now Green Phoenix Taiji Academy - the school for which I am chief instructor in the disciplines of Taiji Quan, Bagua Zhang, and Qigong here in Eugene, Oregon.

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are useful for innumerable conditions. Pain of all kinds, imbalances of sleeping, digestion, and energy levels, as well as temporary illnesses such as bronchitis or other infections, and deeper chronic illnesses all respond well to the traditional remedies offered by Chinese medicine. If you are suffering and are not satisfied with the results you are getting from other medical systems, please give acupuncture and/or Chinese herbal medicine a try (even if not with me!). I am always available for discussion over the phone or in a complimentary short in-person interview if you want to learn more about my approach to acupuncture and Chinese medicine as well as how I think I may be able to help you.

I practice acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine because early in my adult life I found that there is great joy in being of service to others. Also, I have a tendency to want to think critically for myself and I have found that the practice of Chinese medicine is a great opportunity to “think outside the box,” as they say. And finally, each person I meet in my practice has enriched my life and expanded my experience of humanity – one person at a time. I’d be honored to do what I can for you.

In Peace,
Matthew P. Sieradski
